Corporate Meditation

Guided Meditation and Visioning for a Corporate World:

"Guided Meditation" helps you to quiet the Doing that you do from the moment you open your eyes in the morning and reconnect with the Being that you are, so that you may remember that all the Doing is in fact a manifestation of the Being.

In Visioning we allow the Being that we are to tap into Anima Mundi, the Soul of the World, to listen and guide us into harmony with the greater reality of the World and fulfillment for our lives and the lives of all involved in the work that we do and the life that we live.

To Vision is to tap into what Carl Jung called the collective unconscious and it is perhaps the most effective tool one can use to enhance the future of a company. The collective unconscious is the bedrock of Being that includes all human endeavors, the universal make-up of our stories, desires, dreams, the archetypal ground forged by our human history. It is a source of knowledge that vastly exceed our rational/logical thinking. Used in the context of growing a company and looking toward long term goals, it is akin to creative dreaming and "active imagination" to quote another Jungian phrase.

Guided Meditation in tandem with the creative use of imagination have long been regarded as effective means of achieving goals and turning dreams into reality, not by struggling to make something out of nothing but by allowing the universe to support you into what is the true vision for the life of the company.

In a world of quantum physics where the material existence "out there" is known to be only a reflection of what we can conceive of and apprehend "in here", and where the world has a tendency to become a particle of experience only when we focus our attention on it, the tools of Guided Meditation and Visioning are not only applicable but perhaps the best tools to focus our attention on what we want to manifest in the world while being in harmony with it.

Getting the conscious self or ego in tune with Anima Mundi so that a greater consciousness, a more expanded notion of reality can open our somewhat narrow vision and widen the confines of our often limited logical mind leads to the manifestation of larger more sustaining goals in our lives. This tool can be used in a individual as well as in a corporate context."
